Splash Park

Maryknoll Splash Park will open for the season on May 25, 2024.

Cool off and have a blast at Maryknoll Splash Park, a family-friendly aquatic playground with 12 captivating spray features for kids and toddlers! From the towering water tower to the team spray, water tunnel, aqua dome, and zero-depth pad, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Kids can cool off and let loose in the refreshing water, while parents can relax and supervise from the sidelines. Maryknoll Splash Park is the perfect place to spend a hot summer day with your family.

Updates to the status of the Maryknoll Splash Park, such as closures due to inclement weather or maintenance, will be posted on the District’s hotline.

Splash Park Admission Fees

New for the 2024 season, the Splash Park will be free and open to the public during daily open hours!

Splash Park Private Rentals & Parties

PRIVATE RENTAL: The splash park can be reserved for private rentals outside of normal operating hours for groups of up to 50 people. Rentals are available from June through September, excluding July 4th. To book a private rental, contact Lisa Semetko at [email protected].

SPLASH PARK PARTY: Make a splash with your bash! Combine your celebration with some water-filled fun at Maryknoll Park. Reserve one of our rental spaces and head over to the Splash Park to cool off. To book a splash park party, contact Lisa Semetko at [email protected].

Getting There

The Splash Park is located within Maryknoll Park, 845 Pershing Avenue in Glen Ellyn, at the corner of Pershing Avenue and Route 53.

Know Before You Go: Rules & Safety Measures

  • No outside food or coolers are allowed in the splash park.
  • Strollers should be limited to infants, and we kindly ask that you leave room for everyone to enjoy the tables and chairs.
  • For safety reasons, the splash park prohibits bikes, balls, toys with wheels, or squirt guns inside the premises.
  • All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
  • Swim diapers are mandatory for babies who are not toilet trained.
  • All individuals using the splash park do so at their own risk and assume sole responsibility.
