Pool Passes go on sale Monday, April 7

Universal Photo ID & Pool Pass
Renew your Universal ID Card for admission into the pool this summer by sending in your fees for the 2008 season and a completed pass application form. If you have your pass from last season, upon payment, your pass will be automatically renewed.

If you do not have your pass from last season, you will need to come in to pay the fee and have your picture taken for an additional $3.00. Sunset Pool Pass pictures will be taken at the Main Street Recreation Center. Renewal letters will be mailed to 2007 pool pass members during the first week of April. If you did not purchase a pool pass last year, you will need to purchase a Universal ID Card for the 2008 season as follows:

• Every member of the family must come to the Main Street Recreation Center and have photos taken. Family members need not come at the same time.
• The first member will need to bring in proof of residency, preferably a driver’s license or a utility bill with current address.
• Your Universal ID Card is designed with a bar code that will be read upon entry into the pool. Your family’s information will be kept on the database for easier program registration in the future, as well as for pool pass renewal. Save your Universal ID Cards!
• Replacement fee for lost Universal ID Cards is $3.00 each.

There are no refunds given for pool passes.

Sunset Pool pass photos are only taken at the Main Street Recreation Center, 501 Hill Ave.
