If your child loves to run then this is the perfect club for them. Mostly just for fun, this informal, multi-age and co-ed club is an endurance, base building, cross country program with emphasis on Fall meets. The training will take place at Panfish and Newton Parks.
Group teams will be built based on age as the children train to run between a 2k and 4k. Interested qualifiers may choose to go to the national meet in December. All meets are optional and meet fees are not included in registration costs.
You will receive regular emails regarding club updates and practice locations. Each participant will receive one t-shirt; please indicate your child’s t-shirt size when registering. Registration for this program is ongoing.

We are happy to announce the new Glen Ellyn Manor Park Playground is currently under construction. The old playground has been donated to Kids Around the World, a nonprofit organization that will refurbish the old playground and send it to an impoverish country. This service is free of charge, which saves the GEPD removal costs. The construction of the new playground will begin May 6th, with an anticipated completion date for May 20th.
