Get ready to light up the night at the Glow in the Park Lantern Walk! The Glen Ellyn Park District and Charlie’s Corner Foundation are partnering to offer this exciting evening of family activities benefiting Lurie Children’s.

Start the evening by enjoying live music by Tres Moustache, a chair swing ride, inflatable slide, balloon artist, face painting, food and beverages, and much more! At 7:15 pm, you can watch or join the illuminated paper lantern walk around the lake. Decorate a lantern on-site for the walk or bring your own ready to go! There is a $10 fee per lantern to decorate on-site (while supplies last; cash only).

Pre-Purchase Lantern Kits:
Buy a lantern kit (paper lantern shade, LED light, and carrying stick) to decorate at home. Kits may be picked up at the Main Street Recreation Center from August 1 to 5 pm on Friday, September 8. The cost is $10 each.
