Group Outdoor Swim Lessons

Swimming is an important skill that everyone should learn. Join our Sunset Pool Swim Academy for fun and educational outdoor classes in June and July.

Adult/Tot Water Exploration | Ages 9 months-3 years

Designed for infants to have a positive first experience in the water. Instructors will guide the class while caregivers actively participate. Learn water comfort, readiness, floating, and blowing bubbles. Adults will also learn basic CPR and water safety.

Preschool Learn to Swim | Ages 3-5

Step-by-step program for preschoolers to develop swimming skills and water safety knowledge. Learn face/head submersion, floating, gliding, and basic front and back movements. Assessments will determine the appropriate level.

Youth Learn to Swim | Ages 6-15

Progressive program for youth to improve swimming skills and water safety. Learn face/head submersion, floating, gliding, front crawl, backstroke, elementary backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. Prepare for the Gators Swim Team or enhance water confidence.

Private Swim Lessons

Gators Swim Team

Swim Team is not a lesson program.

Gators is a competitive recreational swim team for ages 5-18. Develop swimming techniques, sportsmanship, and team spirit. Two teams are available based on experience level. Swimmers must meet specific skill requirements.

Swim Team is not a lesson program. To have an enjoyable experience and safely take part, 5- and 8-year-olds must be able to comfortably swim 25-yards of freestyle and 25-yards of backstroke without stopping. Participants over 9 years old must be able to swim 50-yards freestyle and backstroke without stopping. Contact Lisa Semetko at [email protected] for more information.
