Growing Glen Ellyn: Gardens for Giving
Plant, harvest and share...your time and fresh veggies this growing season. Hadley Junior High 7th grade literacy students have teamed up with the Glen Ellyn Park District and the Glen Ellyn Environmental Commission to develop a pantry-based garden at the community gardens in Village Green Park.

Gone Fishin' Derby | Sat., June 13 from 8am-10am
Come down to the watering hole and bring your favorite poles and pals for our annual catch and release fishing derby! You'll have two full hours to catch as many fish as you can, but don't forget to try and get the big one. We'll award trophies for Largest Fish Caught, Smallest Fish Caught, Most Fish Caught and Best Dressed Fisherman. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Fee is per participant and includes bait, snacks and activities. Fishermen must supply their own fishing poles. Pre-registration is required. > Click Here to Register
